Prity prepared to give her best

Forward Sauravi Akanda Prity was found confident as she is upbeat to give her best if she gets a chance to play in the upcoming AFC Women’s Asian Cup.

The talented forward is waiting to make her debut for the country in the Asian stage and she must be aiming to make her debut a memorable one.

“This is the first time Bangladesh has come to this big stage, so this is supposed to be a good feeling. If I get a chance to play in the AFC Asian Cup, I’ll give my best effort to the team,” said the forward during the team’s training session at Jubilee Stadium, in Sydney, Australia today (Saturday), according to a video message received here from Bangladesh Football Federation.

Prity said following the friendly match against Western Sydney they have competed two more training sessions and the coach tried to correct those mistakes that the players committed in the match.

The training session is going completely fine in all aspects and players only concentrated to correct their mistakes, she informed.

Bangladesh will start their AFC Women’s Asian Cup campaign taking on nine times champions China on March 3.
