Bangladesh suffer 1-0 defeat to Maldives

Bangladesh suffered a 1-0 goal defeat to visiting Maldives in the first of the two-match FIFA Friendlies held at Bashundhara Sports Complex in the City on Wednesday.

In the proceeding, Ali Fasir scored the all-important goal for Maldives in  the 18th minute.

The second and ultimate match between the two sides will be held on November 16 at the same venue.
