Mohammedan Sporting Club again split point with Bangladesh Police Football Club when their match ended in a 1-1 goal draw in the Bangladesh Premier League football held today (Saturday) at Bhasha Shoinik Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium in Cumilla. BSS

In the day’s match, Colombian forward Johan Arango scored one goal for Police FC while midfielder Shahriar Emon netted the lone goal for Mohammedan SC.

Police FC went attack early and got reap when Johan Arango opened an account for Police in the 10th minute and they maintained the lead till the first half.

After the breather, Mohammedan however staged a brilliant fight back as Shahriar Emon equalized the margin in the 56th minute of the match.
After that, both the teams however got several scoring chances, but failed to take the lead lacks of proper finishing in the remaining proceeding.

After the day’s outcome, the traditional black and white Motijheel outfit Mohammedan moved to fifth position in the point’s table with 16 points from 12 matches Police FC remained at fourth position in the table with 17 points playing the same number of matches.
