President of Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) Kazi Mohammad Salahuddin gave a short speech to the media on 15 December 2020. ‘BFF has taken up the task of constructing a sports gym on the lawn of the BFF building for footballers on its own initiative,’ he said.

They have no choice but to go to the gym to keep fit and improve their training.’ This gym can be used by players of Bangladesh National Football Team, Bangladesh National Women’s Football Team, Age Based Football Teams and Football Clubs.’

The president of BFF further said, ‘The proposal to build a gymnasium will be presented for approval at the next meeting of the executive committee of the Bangladesh Football Federation.’
